Tell us what happened and attach a picture of your screen if you can — it helps us fix it much faster.
How to take a picture of the problem
Windows computer
- Leave the problem on your screen.
- Hold Windows + Shift and press S.
- The screen dims — drag a box around the part you want to show.
- Click Save on the little preview in the corner (or press Ctrl+S), then choose your Pictures folder.
- Come back here and click Choose image below to attach it.
Mac
Hold Shift + Command and press 4, drag a box, and the picture is saved to your desktop.
Phone or tablet
Take a normal screenshot, then attach it from your photos.
